Hello,
I am a 43 years-old worker. I think that the idea of this project should be developed among all the kind of firms, either public or private ones, since it rises a problem that we will all face anyways. Are there already any practices which are used to improve the older workers' lives in your firm? If not, I invite every worker to express himself about this project on this blog, so that we could share our needs and ideas of improvement of our lives.
